So I ended up missing 3 workout days of insanity due to a stupid cold, so I’m basically back to where I started. The good news is that this is where I would usually give up and say I might as well not bother, but not this time. Starting today I’m getting back into the swing of things and continue to do my workouts. I’ll have to make up for the workouts at a later date or do a couple of double workout days.
